By using BeWell, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy.
2. Fitness, nutrition, and AI
BeWell provides general informational and organizational tools—not diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or professional medical advice. Estimates and AI suggestions can be inaccurate.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access. Account deletion may be requested in-app or through the data-request page.
4. Subscriptions
Digital subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store. Price, period, trial, renewal, cancellation, restore, and refund information is shown before purchase.
5. Restaurant orders
Food orders are physical goods. Checkout shows items, options, address, fees, discounts, estimated delivery, and total. Availability and estimates can change. Final market-specific cancellation, refund, allergen, and restaurant terms will apply.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attack, scrape, bypass limits, submit unlawful content, interfere with orders, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Availability and liability
The service may change or be interrupted. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
