1. What BeWell is
BeWell provides fitness planning, nutrition tracking, AI-assisted coaching and food recognition, restaurant discovery, and ordering.
2. Information we process
- Account/contact information and authentication identifiers.
- Goals, measurements, workouts, meals, water, preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergies you provide.
- Images or audio you choose to submit.
- Location and delivery addresses when you allow or provide them.
- Order, price, delivery, coupon, review, and transaction-reference information. Payment processors handle full credentials.
- Subscription entitlement plus device, diagnostic, security, and service-usage information.
3. Why we use it
To provide features, personalize plans, fulfil orders, maintain subscriptions, communicate, protect accounts, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability.
4. AI and providers
Selected text, audio, or images may be sent to contracted providers for a requested feature. We aim to minimize information sent. AI output may be inaccurate and remains reviewable.
5. Sharing
We share only as needed with infrastructure, communications, authentication, subscription, payment, restaurant, delivery, support, security, and AI providers; when legally required; or during a protected business transaction. BeWell does not sell health information.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as needed for purpose, security, legal, accounting, dispute, and backup obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, protected storage, monitoring, and minimization.
7. Your choices
You may update preferences, deny permissions, request access/export/correction, and request deletion. Some transaction records may be legally retained. Use the data-request page.
